All Vibe PEMF products have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for return instructions. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Products that have been opened or lightly used may be returned within the 30-day return period, provided they are returned with all included parts and accessories.

Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or other non-defective reasons. If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part, Vibe PEMF will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Once the returned product is received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Products should be returned with all included parts, accessories, and packaging when possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once shipped, the order is subject to our return policy.
